Colour wheels

Today we are looking at identifying primary and secondary colours.

What are primary colours and why are they special? Can you remember any of them?

What are secondary colours? Why are they called secondary colours? How are they made?

Using paint (or colouring pencils), have a go at mixing together primary colours to create secondary colours. You might choose to use a colour wheel to help you do this.

When you are done, can you create a painting with all the colours from the colour wheel?
